The WIN Leadership Model (WLM) is a process-based model for leadership development and business improvement born out of 30 years of leadership experience, multiple facility turnarounds and the latest research. It is the foundation for the leadership development program, Decoding Leadership.
WLM focuses on 3 Leadership Fundamentals:
#1 Communication: Goal = "Openness". Candidates develop processes for sharing the big picture, developing a sense of purpose among employees and opening up two-way communication channels.
